How to use:

1. Prepare Your Eyelids: Start with clean and dry eyelids. If you use an eyeshadow primer, apply it for a smooth base and improved color longevity.
2. Select Your Shade: Choose the shimmer powder eyeshadow colors that complement your eye color and the overall look you're going for. Shimmer eyeshadows are available in various shades, so you can mix and match them to create different effects.
3. Apply a Base Color: Apply a matte eyeshadow that matches your skin tone or a neutral shade to your entire eyelid. This will create a smooth canvas for the shimmer eyeshadow to adhere to.
4. Apply the Shimmer Eyeshadow: - Using an eyeshadow brush or your fingertip, pick up a small amount of shimmer powder eyeshadow.
   - Gently tap off any excess powder to avoid fallout.
   - Apply the shimmer eyeshadow to the center of your eyelid. You can build up the intensity by adding more products if needed.
5. Blend the Edges: Use a clean, fluffy eyeshadow brush to blend the edges of the shimmer eyeshadow. This will create a seamless transition between the shimmer and the matte base, preventing harsh lines.
6. Highlight the Inner Corner: For an extra bright and open-eyed look, apply a small amount of shimmer eyeshadow to the inner corners of your eyes. This can make your eyes appear more awake and add a touch of glamour.
